Tertulia is also the home of the Forest Impact Lab, a curated working environment for leadership teams — not a traditional retreat venue. Each Lab is designed like a boutique engagement: together with a curated network of experts we help organizations explore complex questions — from innovation and AI to narrative, strategy, and leadership alignment.
Being rooted in the rich tranquility of the tuscan forest, settles and guides the work together.

We believe that a community attitude is the key for a society where we all can live better. Trust, cooperation and friendship are pillars on which we can build a meaningful and fulfilling life.

We are inspired by nature. By living in harmony with the environment, we have care of ourselves and future generations, having an active and aware role in the network of the life.

Our actions aim to create a positive impact, especially in the rural area around us. Through regenerating a landscape for food production and connections between people

Tertulia combines the synergy of two passionate paths — Francesco’s (co-founder of Tertulia farm) vision of a restored hamlet reborn through sustainable living, and Anja's (AGAIA Coliving founder) mission to guide digital nomads toward regenerative lifestyles.
Francesco, with over 20 years of experience, left Milan in 2005 to breathe life back into Podere Il Monte, embracing permaculture and community in the forest. Years later, he met Anja, a savvy entrepreneur who traded corporate life for a purpose-driven path in nature. Together, they offer a rare blend of grounded wisdom and visionary energy — creating a deeply inspiring, regenerative space where people come to reconnect, grow, and contribute.
